SF Gallery 143

Twice a year, Jessa Freeman converts her boyfriend’s photography studio in the Lower Haight of San Francisco into a temporary designer showroom — SF Gallery 143. Aiko Designs is joining in on the action and will be a part of the show for the next few weeks. A party is planned for this weekend – Saturday, June 21st starting in the early evening (time to be confirmed). The gallery is at 143 Fillmore St. (@ Germania) in San Francisco.

This event runs until June 28th. Regular store hours for the next few weeks are Wednesday-Friday from 1-7:00pm and Saturday/Sunday from 11:00am-6:00pm (I expect the shop will be open a bit later on party night!)

NRT – SFO – JFK

Aiko Designs is back from Tokyo for a brief respite in San Francisco before heading back to Brooklyn for the Brooklyn Flea on Sunday, June 29th. I’ll be sharing a booth with Jessica of i.kohl designs. I hope the weather cools off a bit before we get there!

Rukus and Aiko Designs successfully completed two shows in Tokyo and also managed to get into a boutique in Shibuya (see previous post). Lots of work and it all paid off. Aiko Designs is also recently available at two new locations: the adorable shop, Stem on 18th and Delores in SF and Pandora’s Trunk in the Lower Haight.

The online store and site redesigns are coming very, very soon! Here’s a teensy sneak peek — should be ready in a week or two:
